In July 2012 Aspect Security began working with Shari and her team at Anchor Staffing in order to fill an administrative position. From the beginning Shari took the time to get to know Aspect as a company. She visited our offices in Columbia, MD and spent an hour or more interviewing me on the company. I have worked with other staffing firms in the past and none of them have taken the time to learn more about the company. Most firms simply want a job description so they can conduct resume database searches online. After learning about Aspect as a company Shari then asked about the actual job. She asked questions well beyond the job description such as who the candidate would be reporting to, what our ideal candidate was etc. I felt that by the time Shari and I were done talking she had an excellent grasp of what I was looking for. This turned out to be true! Within two days Anchor Staffing presented three very qualified candidates for us to interview. All the candidates were fully informed about Aspect and the position. All three of the candidates that were presented to Aspect from Anchor were well received by the interview team and we had a difficult time choosing the right person. We did eventually make a choice and that candidate has now been hired to a full time position with our company.
The best thing I can say about Anchor Staffing is that they get to know their candidates and their clients in a way that no other firm I have worked with has done. I feel that I have a friend in Shari. Unlike other firms I feel supported by Anchor and not just a number to them. I am not bombarded with sales calls from Anchor but I know that they are there when I need them and will deliver. I think their work speaks for them. I will never work with another staffing firm!
